0010010 nbsp; 0010010 nbsp; What kind of laminating adhesive we choose in production is mainly based on the production process of the adhesive requirements. According to the requirements of vehicle speed, glue amount, pressure, compound roller temperature, drying tunnel temperature, powder spraying, and production cost requirements, select the appropriate laminating adhesive.

The adhesives we produce are divided into two series of hot laminating adhesives and cold laminating adhesives. 30 Various models, customers can choose suitable products according to production requirements.

The characteristics of hot laminating adhesive:

770 Used for demanding options, with good powder cover, fast speed, and good leveling.

771 Used for general requirements, with fast speed and good leveling.

If you choose the price model, you can choose 772, 782.

Fully automatic and with separate requirements for peel strength 2079.

Cold laminating adhesive characteristics:

The seven existing models with the ability to cover powder in the water-based cold compound system: AAA-80, AA 600, A 800, A 600, AB 600, {5}} A 600, 268 B 600. A 600 is the basic type of powder cover, from 268 B 600 up to AAA-80, the powder cover capacity is gradually strengthened. Customers can choose according to the amount of powder sprayed and the price of glue.

The solid content of AAA-80 reaches 52%, and the viscosity index is very large. In the case of medium powder, the film can be directly coated without removing powder. The effect of this model cover powder can reach a relatively good level in China.

AA 600 has a high solid content and a large viscosity index. AA 600 is partly inferior to AAA-80 cover powder and saves a part of glue consumption.

A 800, A 600 has a high solid content, and is suitable for a small amount of powder spraying and prints with high requirements. But if the powder is sprayed, it needs to be wiped. The viscosity index of A 800 is the same as AAA-80, it consumes a little more glue than A 600, and the effect of cover powder is better.

The viscosity index of AB 600 is the same as that of A 600, and it is suitable for printed matter with small powder spray and high brightness. Cover powder is weaker than A 600.

A 800, A 600, AB 600 have better adhesion, and are more suitable for lamination of coated substrates such as coated paper, etc. The adhesion of these models can reach the domestic level Relatively high level.

  268 A 600, 268 B 600 has better leveling performance, the price is lower than A 800, A 600, AB { {1}} But the performance of the cover powder reaches the level of A 800, A 600, AB 600. 268 A 600, 268 B 600 has lower adhesion than A 800, A 600, AB 600 some.

B 800, B 400, B 300, B 150, C 800, C 400, C 300, C 150, D 800, D 400, D 300, E 800, E 400, E 300, F { {1}} and other models are positioned according to customer requirements with the price level and the viscosity of the thick and thin.

B 400, B 300, C 400, C 300 are suitable for prints without powder coating and high brightness requirements. The glue consumption is medium, about 9-15 grams per square meter. B 800, C 800, D 800 consume a large amount of glue, suitable for customers who like high viscosity, good brightness, and high prices.

The viscosity indexes of B 150 and C 150 are the same, and they belong to the more rubber-saving type in cold compound. The glue consumption is about 8-11 grams per square meter. However, the operator's experience and equipment accuracy requirements are relatively high. If used well, it can save glue and meet the brightness requirements. If it is not used well, it may appear snowflakes or cause weak adhesion. At the same time, different grades must be selected according to market prices and customer requirements.

D 400 and D 300 are suitable for customers who require low prices and medium lamination requirements.

E 400 and E 300 are similar to D 400 and D 300 in terms of glue consumption and viscosity, but the price is lower. Customers who require low price and general quality requirements are recommended to recommend this model, but pay attention to the scope of application and apply to low-end products. When recommending products to customers and market positioning, they should choose according to customers' quality requirements, glue consumption, price, and use characteristics. When conditions permit, try to choose a better model.
